Manufacturing Under One Roof

Tremai LED Lighting combines LED lighting production with electronics manufacturing infrastructure to support standard products, customised requirements and OEM/ODM programmes.

Our manufacturing setup includes SMT-based electronics assembly, reflow processing, wave soldering, manual insertion and assembly workstations, production infrastructure and testing facilities. Over the years, these capabilities have supported Tremai’s expansion from signage lighting into commercial and industrial lighting, linear lighting, automotive lighting, electronics manufacturing, chargers, adaptors and other customised product requirements.

Our manufacturing infrastructure brings together multiple production processes to support lighting, electronics and customised project requirements.

Surface Mount Technology (SMT)

Tremai’s SMT production capability supports electronic component assembly for LED lighting and related electronic products. The company expanded this capability further by adding an additional SMT line as part of its manufacturing growth.

Reflow Processing

Reflow oven processing forms an important part of Tremai’s SMT-based production setup, supporting controlled soldering during electronic assembly.

Wave Soldering

Wave soldering equipment supports through-hole electronic assembly requirements and complements Tremai’s wider electronics manufacturing capability.

Manual Insertion & Assembly

Dedicated manual insertion and assembly workstations support products and assemblies that require additional handling, component insertion or product-specific finishing.
